Off-Plan | Aldar
Al Ghadeer Parks — a family community by Aldar between Abu Dhabi and Dubai, with a 55/45 payment plan and handover in Q2 2031.
Al Ghadeer Parks is Aldar's newest residential launch within the Seih Al Sedeirah masterplan in Al Layyan — a strategic midpoint between the UAE's two main cities. Al Maktoum International Airport is 16 minutes away, Zayed International Airport and Yas Island are within 30 minutes, and both Abu Dhabi city centre and Dubai International Airport are reachable in under 45 minutes. For families commuting between emirates or investors looking to enter the UAE real estate market in the low-rise residential segment, this location is hard to overlook.
The development is split into two phases — Al Ghadeer Parks 1 and Al Ghadeer Parks 2 — comprising 453 two-storey residences in total: townhouses with 2 and 3 bedrooms and villas with 4 bedrooms, available with or without a private pool. This is an off-plan project with a structured payment schedule and a clear delivery timeline.

Architecture and Design
Each residence rises two storeys and follows a contemporary design language — clean geometric volumes, light-toned facades accented with warm natural-coloured panels, and oversized windows that flood the interiors with daylight. Open-plan layouts are tailored for family living and are available in two interior colour palettes: light and dark. Finishes include porcelain tiles, wood-effect laminate flooring, and hardware in brushed nickel or bronze.
