Al Vista, Meydan — twin-tower development with lagoon views, one minute from the metro.
Al Vista is a residential and commercial development by Dubai Investments, rising in the Meydan district of Dubai. Tower A delivers 39 floors of residential apartments; Tower B, at 19 floors, is dedicated to commercial space. Both are connected by a shared ground level and four podium floors that house the development's full amenity offering. With handover scheduled for Q1 2029 and a flexible post-handover payment plan, Al Vista appeals both to end-users relocating to Dubai and investors seeking entry into one of the city's most actively developing corridors.
Meydan's rapid infrastructure growth, strong transport links — including a metro station one minute away — and proximity to Business Bay and Downtown Dubai make this address a practical and forward-looking choice. Whether you are looking to buy apartments in Dubai off-plan or secure a buy-to-let asset with an immediate rental audience, Al Vista positions itself as a credible option in the mid-to-premium segment.
Al Vista Amenities:

Architecture and Design:
Al Vista's towers are defined by clean vertical lines and floor-to-ceiling glazing that draws natural light deep into each apartment and frames views of the lagoon and the city skyline. The interior palette is composed of neutral tones and soft textures — a restrained base that adapts well to different living styles. Three-bedroom residences stand out with private jacuzzis on the terrace, an uncommon feature at this building typology.

Frequently Asked Questions:
When is Al Vista expected to be handed over?
— Completion is scheduled for Q1 2029.
How does the post-handover plan work in practice?
— Buyers receive the keys having paid 60% of the purchase price, then settle the remaining 40% over two years. For investors, this creates an opportunity to generate rental income from day one and use it to cover the outstanding instalments.
Are the apartments delivered unfurnished?
— Yes, all units at Al Vista are sold without furniture, giving owners full flexibility over interior fit-out.
What makes Meydan a strong location for rental demand?
— The district sits within easy reach of Business Bay, Downtown Dubai, and DIFC — three of the city's main employment hubs — and now benefits from direct metro access. That combination consistently attracts working professionals and families looking for well-connected residential options.
Is there commercial space within the development?
— Yes. Tower B is entirely dedicated to commercial use, creating an in-built professional community and supporting demand for the residential units in Tower A.
Can I get floor plans and an investment breakdown?
— Absolutely. The DDA Real Estate team will provide current pricing, layouts, and a tailored financial projection upon request.
