Beverly Crown

Beverly Crown, JVC — boutique living with private-residence feel and smart home integration throughout.

Beverly Crown is a 14-storey residential development by HMB Homes in Jumeirah Village Circle — a project that stands out from the typical JVC tower through its deliberately limited scale. With only a handful of apartments per floor, residents share amenities with a small community rather than hundreds of neighbours, which fundamentally changes how those shared spaces feel and function. For buyers looking to purchase property in Dubai off-plan with an early-stage price advantage, or investors targeting the UAE real estate market with a focus on rental yield, Beverly Crown offers a credible proposition with a Q4 2028 handover.

JVC consistently ranks among Dubai's stronger-performing affordable districts for rental returns, drawing tenants from Europe, the UK and South Asia. The combination of boutique format, smart home technology and a well-considered amenity package positions Beverly Crown above the district's standard mid-rise offerings. Apartments are available for pre-sale now, with a structured payment plan requiring no interest.

Beverly Crown Amenities:

— infinity swimming pool;

— indoor gymnasium;

— rooftop lounge;

— open-air cinema;

— jogging track;

— meditation garden;

— pickleball court;

— mini golf area;

— BBQ zone;

— children's play area;

— landscaped communal areas.

The distinction here is density of use. All of the above is shared among a very small number of residents — a stark contrast to towers where identical lists are divided across 200+ units.

Architecture and Concept

The building is designed around three spatial priorities: high ceilings, panoramic glazing and open-plan layouts that keep the interiors feeling generous regardless of unit size. Smart home systems are integrated throughout the entire building. Kitchens are fitted with carefully selected finishes by the developer. The architectural approach prioritises natural light and spatial proportion — from compact studio formats up to the duplex three-bedroom apartments at the top of the range.

About the Developer

HMB Homes Real Estate Development is a Dubai-based developer focused on boutique residential projects. The company's model is built around limited unit counts and detailed amenity planning, producing buildings designed for specific buyer profiles rather than the broad market. Beverly Crown reflects this approach directly.
