Blue Marina Residence on Dubai Islands — two-tower development with sea views and a 50/50 payment plan
Blue Marina Residence on Dubai Islands — two-tower development with sea views and a 50/50 payment plan.
Blue Marina Residence is a residential project by Shakirov Developments, comprising two towers on Dubai Islands — one of Dubai's emerging coastal districts. The development targets buyers looking to purchase apartments in Dubai at the construction stage, with a straightforward payment plan and proximity to the waterfront. The project covers a wide buyer profile: investors focused on rental yield, families planning relocation, and those seeking a foothold in a high-growth coastal cluster.
All apartments in Blue Marina Residence come fully furnished, making the transition from purchase to rental income direct and efficient. With one- to four-bedroom layouts available, the project appeals to a broad range of buyers — from young couples to larger families seeking investment property in the UAE with long-term upside.
Blue Marina Residence Amenities:
— swimming pools for residents;
— fully equipped fitness centre;
— children's playgrounds and family recreation areas;
— lounge and outdoor relaxation zones;
— underground parking;
— reception and lobby area on the ground floor;
— shared podium level connecting both towers.
Architecture and Design
The complex consists of two towers sharing a common ground floor, each rising across two podium levels and eight residential floors. The design language is contemporary — glass-fronted balconies, clean geometric facades and rhythmic linear composition. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood interiors with natural light and frame views of the sea and city skyline. Interiors are finished in a light, neutral palette with quality materials throughout.
