2-Bedroom Apartment, 71 m² in Calisi by Zoya Developments — Smart Living in Dubai South's Rising Hub.
Calisi is a five-storey residential project by Zoya Developments positioned in one of Dubai's most strategically important districts — Dubai South. With Al Maktoum International Airport minutes away and Expo City Dubai as a next-door neighbour, this is a location that's actively growing rather than already priced in. Buying an off-plan apartment in Dubai here means getting ahead of the curve in a district built around aviation, logistics, and long-term urban development.
This 2-bedroom apartment spanning 71 m² is designed for those who want genuine functionality — couples, young families, or investors looking for a well-located rental unit. Dubai South maintains consistent demand from professionals in the aviation and trade sectors, making it a solid choice for a buy-to-let strategy.
