Majestic Vistas

Majestic Vistas (Lamborghini) — Limited Collection of Branded Villas in Dubai Hills Estate.

Majestic Vistas is an exclusive development by Emaar, featuring only 40 ultra-premium six-bedroom villas positioned along the fairways of Dubai Hills Golf Club within the master community of Dubai Hills Estate. The residences enjoy panoramic golf course views, with Burj Khalifa and the Downtown Dubai skyline visible in the distance.

In 2021, the project concept was completely redesigned: the original Arabic and contemporary styles were replaced with architecture and interiors inspired by Automobili Lamborghini. The villas reflect the aesthetics of Lamborghini super sports cars, with the iconic Y-shaped motif integrated into layouts, lighting elements, and finishing details. Owners also have the option to furnish their homes with specially crafted Automobili Lamborghini-branded furniture at an additional cost.

Each residence sits on a private plot with landscaped gardens. The low-density layout creates a gated, club-style environment in a prime golf-front setting — a rare offering in central Dubai.
