The Wilds Residences

The Wilds Residences — a nature-inspired residential community in Dubai.

The Wilds Residences is a residential development designed for buyers who value privacy, green surroundings, and a balanced lifestyle. Located near Majan and Al Barari, the project combines natural landscapes with convenient access to Dubai’s major destinations. For international buyers, it represents an opportunity to buy apartments in Dubai from a developer and explore Dubai real estate investment with long-term growth potential.

The Wilds Residences consists of six residential buildings with varying configurations, creating a dynamic yet cohesive architectural environment within the community.

The first and sixth buildings feature a ground floor and ten residential levels — ideal for residents who prefer a more private atmosphere. The second and fifth buildings include a ground floor and twelve residential floors, while the third and fourth buildings rise to fifteen residential floors above the ground level, offering elevated views and increased natural light.

Residences are designed with a strong connection to the surrounding environment. Interiors are filled with natural daylight, while layouts encourage a seamless transition between indoor living spaces and the natural landscape. Apartments are delivered partially furnished, making them attractive both for end-users and investors considering property in Dubai during the construction phase.

Residents of The Wilds Residences will have access to an extensive range of lifestyle amenities designed to support an active and balanced lifestyle:

— central park with walking paths;

— The Nest pavilion for relaxation and social gatherings;

— basketball court;

— swimming pools;

— spa complex;

— modern fitness center;

— yoga and meditation space;

The architecture emphasizes a balance between privacy and openness. Buildings are positioned to maximize daylight and views of the surrounding greenery, reinforcing the concept of a residential environment that feels calm, spacious, and connected to nature.

The project is located near Majan and Al Barari — two emerging areas known for greenery and low-density residential communities. From here residents can easily reach key destinations across the city:

— 25 minutes to Dubai Mall;

— 25 minutes to Dubai International Airport.

For investors exploring new developments in Dubailand, this location offers promising long-term potential. The area continues to evolve as one of Dubai’s expanding residential clusters, attracting both residents and investors seeking property in Dubai with future capital appreciation.

The developer offers a flexible payment plan:

— 5% — down payment;
