Treppan Vision

Treppan Vision — a mixed-use tower in Dubailand with smart home tech, rooftop gardens, and post-handover payment plans.

Treppan Vision is a 21-storey development by Fakhruddin Properties in Dubailand Residence Complex — 408 residential units, 48 offices, and 7 retail spaces within a single architecturally cohesive tower. For buyers seeking off-plan property in Dubai with flexible financing, the project offers one of the most structured post-handover payment options on the market, with up to 40% payable after key collection. Handover is scheduled for Q4 2029.

Dubailand Residence Complex is a growing residential destination attracting families, young professionals, and long-term residents. Its location near The Aquila School and public parks makes it particularly appealing for tenants with children, while still offering the entry-level pricing that appeals to investors looking for capital growth potential in emerging Dubai neighbourhoods.

Architecture and Design:

The tower's exterior follows a fluid facade concept — softened lines, extended terraces and green levels integrated directly into the building's volume rather than added as afterthoughts. The three-level podium consolidates retail and office activity at the base, leaving the upper residential floors calm and private.

Interiors follow a contemporary aesthetic with adaptable layouts designed to evolve with the resident's needs. At the core of every unit is the HomeSoul smart home system: centralised control of lighting, climate and blinds, Alexa compatibility, a video intercom, and a smart door lock — all from one interface.

About the Developer:

Fakhruddin Properties is a Dubai-based developer with a track record across residential and commercial real estate in the UAE. The company's signature approach combines technology integration with mixed-use programming — placing retail, offices, and residences under one roof to create self-sufficient urban environments. Treppan Vision represents one of their most ambitious projects in Dubailand, defined by its automation layer and the depth of its amenity offering.
