Off-Plan | Sanzen
Zen Lagoons by Sanzen in Bukadra — waterfront residences with lagoon access, a metro stop 250 metres away, and handover in Q2 2029.
Zen Lagoons by Sanzen is a 28-storey residential development positioned directly on the shores of Horizon Crystal Lagoon in the Meydan Horizon district of Bu Kadra, Dubai. The project offers a rare combination: a tranquil waterfront setting with views over Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, paired with one of the most connected locations in the city. For those looking to buy property in Dubai from a developer at an early stage, this is a project where lifestyle and location reinforce each other.
The development appeals to two distinct audiences — professionals and families seeking a calm, design-led home within minutes of Business Bay and Downtown Dubai, and investors drawn to Bu Kadra's growth trajectory and the project's genuine transport infrastructure: the Green Line metro station sits just 250 metres from the building entrance.
Zen Lagoons Amenities:
— infinity pool with direct lagoon frontage;
— Healing Sound Lounge for relaxation and decompression;
— dedicated meditation spaces and tea ceremony rooms;
— AI Smart Home system integrated into every residence;
— commercial units on podium levels;
— seamless indoor-outdoor zones throughout the development;
— four-level podium with communal spaces and lifestyle areas.
Architecture and Design
The building follows a minimalist architectural language — clean volumes, restrained materiality, and deliberate openness. The design philosophy centres on dissolving the boundary between interior and exterior, with transitions that feel intentional rather than incidental. Interiors prioritise functionality and calm over decorative complexity. Every residence includes a kitchen fit-out and an AI-powered smart home system as standard.
